q

What do you actually do?

I reduce complexity until movement becomes obvious. Sometimes that means software. Sometimes it means a better decision structure. Usually it means both.

q

Are you an AI consultant?

Not in the generic sense. I use AI when it helps produce a better system, not because the label itself is interesting.

q

Do you build or advise?

Both, but not as separate theater categories. The point is to think clearly enough to build the right thing and build concretely enough to learn something real.

q

Who do you work best with?

Founders, operators, and technical teams that feel the friction directly and have enough authority to change what is causing it.

q

How do engagements usually start?

A process is slow, a system is brittle, a product surface needs to ship, or a decision keeps stalling because nobody has made the real constraint visible yet.

q

What is the process?

Name the constraint, make the shape legible, build the smallest useful thing, and keep going only if reality says it is worth continuing.
